Domestic shipping policy applies to all domestic orders shipping within the United States only. The shipping address needs to be within the contiguous United States (48 states) to qualify for this shipping offer. Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping outside of the Lower 48 States. Orders shipping outside of the USA will be calculated at checkout.
All orders will ship using the shipping method selected at checkout, unless prior arrangements are made.
Once your order has been submitted, it may take an additional 1-3 business days for your order to ship. If you have selected an expedited shipping method, we will do our best to get the order out as quickly as possible. However, we do not guarantee that your order will ship out immediately. Therefore, an order with a UPS Three Day Select may end up at your door in 5-6 business days. We suggest using UPS Ground for most orders.
All orders are shipped between Monday through Friday from 8:00am through 2:00pm EST, excluding major holidays within the United States.

Products that are out of stock at the time of your order will be placed on back order. If an item is expected to be longer than a few days, we will notify you via e-mail of the expectation and ask if you wish to continue to wait. If an item is on back order through Bath & Spa Superstore, it is also generally going to be on backorder with any other company as well.
International receivers are responsible for any and all duties and tariffs that might be associated with importing products. Bath & Spa Superstore is not responsible for lost or unclaimed international orders. Some products are not available to international shipping addresses. Normal delivery times for UPS Ground is 5-9 business days, depending on where you live and whether you are within the USA. You can track your Bath & Spa Superstore order by logging into your account here at the website.
Post Office Boxes:
Please have your Bath & Spa Superstore products shipped to a physical address that UPS will deliver to. It will eliminate any problems with delivery, as UPS does not deliver to a post office box.
It is your responsibility as the receiver to immediately inspect the merchandise that you receive from Bath & Spa Superstore. Report any damage to the carrier immediately and file any appropriate claim forms with the carrier if your products have arrived damaged. Bath & Spa Parts Online will not replace any products that are not immediately reported as damaged with the carrier. There will be no exceptions.
Special Delivery Items:
There are products on the Bath & Spa Superstore website that are special delivery items such as bath tubs, outdoor heaters, BBQ's, and other larger items. These products take extra time to be delivered to you. The estimated delivery time will be noted on any product that is not immediately available for delivery, or which will require an alternate shipping method.
You may select an alternate shipping address that is different from your billing address. All that we ask is that your billing address matches your credit card statement when your debit/credit card is charged. You may use a post office box for your billing address.
