Description
Meet the CG-Mani-A-CG4C-A — a compact, patented 8-Port Air Manifold Check Valve designed by CG Air Systems Inc. to simplify and safeguard your air-blower installations. This Mini-Manifold kit blends a spring-loaded check valve with a four-port manifold into one lien-free unit, delivering reliable backflow prevention without the bulk of traditional setups.
Why this matters: backflow in spa and air systems can cause noisy operation, reduced blower efficiency, and potential leaks. The CG8C-A tackles these issues with a two-level safety design that minimizes leak paths and provides dependable shutoff, so you can breathe easier about long-term performance.
- Four 3/8" ports for flexible routing in tight spaces — perfect for spas, hot tubs, and compact air-auto setups.
- 1/4 lb spring check valve for prompt, reliable backflow prevention under typical blower pressures.
- Compact, space-saving design that fits where larger manifolds won’t, reducing install depth and complexity.
- Two-level safety system integrated into a single component — fewer connection points, lower risk of leaks, and easier maintenance.
- Hartford Loop replacement approach — streamlines installation and reduces bulky piping costs and footprint.
- Installation support for under-edge spa or bathtub mounting — designed to be discreet and easy to deploy in tight installations.
This manifold is ideally suited for anyone upgrading or retrofitting air systems in spas, bathtubs with air features, or compact blowers where space is at a premium. By consolidating critical safety and distribution functions, the CG-Mani-A-CG8C-A helps you achieve quieter operation, improved reliability, and easier service compared with traditional, larger spring-valve assemblies.
Practical use cases include configuring multi-line air feeds from a single blower, routing air to multiple spa jets or features, and creating a safer, streamlined installation under the spa edge or bathtub where depth and accessibility are limited. The Type A air-system compatibility and 3/8" port sizing ensure straightforward integration with common spa and hot tub components.
What you get with the CG-Mani-A-CG8C-A is a purpose-built, patent-pending solution that prioritizes real-world reliability and installation simplicity. If you’re looking to replace bulky piping and reduce potential failure points while maintaining robust air-flow and safety, this 4-Port Manifold Check Valve is made for you.
