Gecko Aqua Flo 1.5 HP XP2 Spa Pump [230v] [2 spd] 48FR 2" OEM 06115517-2040

Gecko Aqua-Flo XP2 Spa Pump — a purpose-built 1.5 HP, 2-speed 230V solution designed to power large, jet-rich spas with exceptional flow and enduring reliability.

Engineered to fit the common 48-frame footprint while delivering head pressure closer to higher-demand models, the XP2 is the smart upgrade for today’s expansive, heavily jetted tubs. Its refined impeller and optimized flow path maximize performance without enlarging the pump’s physical size, so you get stronger jets and smoother circulation without invasive plumbing changes.

• Two-speed operation: 1.5 HP on low and 2.0 HP on high, with continuous-rated performance to respond to changing jet loads.
• 230V power, 48-frame motor, and 2" suction and 2" discharge ports for straightforward installation with standard spa plumbing.
• Center suction with male buttress thread and 3-1/16" OD connections; reliable, easy-to-assemble piping.
• Side discharge design and an eight-screw volute for sturdy assembly and simple service access.
• Drain plug locations at 4, 6, and 9 o’clock provide flexible maintenance options and easier winterization.
• Thermally protected motor to extend life under heavy or extended running conditions.
• OEM Gecko Aqua-Flo Flo-Master XP2 architecture, backed by Gecko’s 25+ years of spa-control and interface expertise.
• Model-specific compatibility hardware, including the impeller (91694150) and seal plate (92770705) for precise replacements.
• Compact 48-frame footprint with headroom toward larger-capacity spa pumps, ideal for retrofits and upgrades from older spa systems.

Who should consider the XP2? Technicians performing spa pump replacements, hot‑tub owners upgrading to more capable jet action, and installers seeking a robust, high-flow pump that fits standard 2" piping and 48-frame electrical footprints. If you’re replacing an aging pump or boosting performance in a demanding spa, the XP2 delivers noticeably stronger circulation and reliable operation without overhauling your plumbing.

Practical considerations for installation and use: - Ensure a 230V, two-speed circuit is available and appropriately sized for continuous-duty spa pumping. - Confirm 2" suction and discharge piping with MBT (male buttress thread) connections for a secure fit. - Plan orientations that align drain plugs to 4, 6, or 9 o’clock positions for convenient service access. - Choose the OEM XP2 model (06115517-2040) to ensure compatibility with Flo-Master XP2 components and ongoing spare parts support.
