The cover in the 2nd photo is the replacement you can use with a little modification.

• The second cover shown below is VGB approved and has been known to fit most replacement applications.
• You WILL need to make some modification to the wall fitting in the tub this new cover attaches to.
• File down the Four fins on the wall fitting so they are straight from the center screw to the outside of the fitting and the replacement cover will go right on.
