Bath and Spa Superstore™  will make every conceivable effort to correctly find your part(s) however, there may be times that the part we send you will not be the correct one.
We suggest you contact the Mfg of your product before you call us to get their part number so that the correct items are then sent.

• There is no return on any electrical items.
• All other items may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund less any shipping costs.
• We do not credit back shipping charges or pay for return postage.
  
• If your order was shipped with FREE shipping, your refund will be minus that shipping charge to the product to you.
• Less than 30 days - 20% restock fee on all returns and the shipping charge if the order was shipped with FREE SHIPPING.

Past 30 Days Like New

Your order was received more than 30 days ago and is in the same brand new sellable condition you received it in. You have the original box, manuals, warranty card, other paperwork, and every part and piece that came with it originally.

Whew! We can still accept your return, but you will be charged a 30% restocking fee (Minimum of $10) and will be responsible for our shipping cost to get the product to you originally and the shipping cost to get it back to our warehouse.

Past 30 Days Used

Your order was received more than 30 days ago and you used the product a few times or tried to install it.

• Were Sorry! We cannot accept a return after 30 days that has been slightly used or attempted to install.
• **50% Restocking Fee on returns after 30 days Un-Used items**

Please contact us for an (RGA) Returned Goods Authorization prior to returning or your item(s) will be refused at the warehouse.
