Refund policy

Bath Parts  will make every conceivable effort to correctly find the part(s) however, there may be times that the part we send you will not be the correct one.
We suggest you contact the Mfg. of your product before you call us to get their part number so that the correct items are then sent.
  • There is no return on any electrical items.
  • All other items may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund less any shipping costs.
  • We do not credit back shipping charges or pay for return postage.
  • 20% restock fee on all returns.
  • **50% Restocking Fee on returns after 30 days.**

Please contact us for an (RGA) Returned Goods Authorization PRIOR to returning or your item(s) will be refused at the warehouse.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • There is no return on any electrical items that have been installed.
  • Replacement under Mfg warranty is the only solution for non-working items.



Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
